Account and registration
No. We at pamtoto allow one account per person. Each account is tied to a unique email address, phone number, and identity verified during KYC. If you try to register a second account using the same email, phone, or identity, our system will block the registration. If you have forgotten your password or lost access to your current account, use the password-reset function or contact our support team to recover it. Multiple accounts are also a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
If you forget your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter the email address associated with your account. We will send you a reset link to that email. Click the link, set a new password (at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number), and confirm it. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security reasons. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or try again. If the link has expired, request a new one. If you no longer have access to the email address tied to your account, contact our support team with proof of identity and we will verify you and update your contact details.
Log in to your pamtoto account and open Settings. There you can update your username display, email, phone number, and password. You can also toggle push notifications on or off, adjust your default currency, and review your login history. If you wish to pause your account temporarily—for instance, during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha when you want a break from the platform—contact our support team via in-app chat. We can suspend your account for a set period (typically 30 days to 6 months). During suspension, you cannot access markets or make deposits, but your balance remains protected. To reactivate, contact support again.
Payments and transactions
Deposits via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet are instant. Log in to your pamtoto account, go to the Deposit section, and select your preferred payment method. Enter the amount and click "Proceed." You will be redirected to the payment app (or asked to enter your login credentials if the app is not installed). Confirm the transaction in your app, and the funds will appear in your pamtoto balance immediately. There are no deposit fees. Most users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan report deposits clearing within seconds. If your deposit does not appear within subject to verification, check your payment app to confirm the transaction was successful, then contact our support team with your transaction ID.
Yes. We support deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. To deposit, go to Deposit in your account, select "Bank Transfer," and choose your bank. We will provide you with an account number and a unique reference code. Transfer the amount from your bank account using your mobile or online banking, and include the reference code in the notes field. Deposits typically settle within 1-2 hours on business days; transfers after 17:00 or on weekends may take longer. For withdrawals to your bank account, go to Withdraw, enter the amount and your account details, and we will process it within one business day. Game rules and settlement
RTP stands for Return to Player and is a percentage that describes the average amount a slot game returns to players over a large number of spins. Football bets on pamtoto settle immediately after the match ends, based on the official result. We monitor Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and Premier League matches in real time. If you bet on a match outcome (win, draw, loss), your bet is settled as soon as the final whistle is confirmed. For in-play bets (bets placed during the match), settlement follows the same rule: final whistle equals final result. In rare cases (e.g., a match is abandoned or postponed), we will void bets and return your stake. Account management and security
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you must provide two pieces of information to log in: your username and password, plus a unique code sent to your registered phone number via SMS. To enable 2FA, go to Settings > Security and toggle on two-factor authentication. You will receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter it to confirm setup.
